Bali Nutra Coconut Syrup – A Healthy Sugar Alternative

Bali Nutra Coconut Syrup is made from the nectar of the coconut palm. It has been used as an alternative for traditional white and brown sugar for decades. It’s widely known as one of the perfect alternative sweetener. From health standpoint, it’s safe particularly for diabetic and effective as a baking ingredient..

Coconut nectar has become one the most admired natural sweeteners because of its sustainability, taste and health benefits when compared with regular cane sugar. It is a nutritious, coconut sweetener looks and tastes like common sugar, but it is completely natural and unrefined. As long as its flavor and taste is concerned, it is smoothly sweet like brown sugar but with a little hint of caramel. Sweetness and taste will also depend on several other factors as it’s not greatly processed with artificial colors.

One of the other benefits of coconut nectar is that it naturally contains mulit amino acids that are particular efficient for athletes or people that train in fitness regularly, as amino acids helps the body break down and absorb proteins.

Bali Nutra Coconut Nectar has been made form a single ingredient, which is the sap of the coconut tree. So even though this maybe similar to the way maple syrup is harvested, the health benefits are clearly miles apart, as we see the end product of the maple tree is a leaf and the end product of a coconut tree is a coconut, rich in macro and micro nutrients. Diabetic sufferers can safely consume Bali Nutra Coconut Nectar, which has a Low Glycemic Index. You can find more information about coconut nectar online at Balinutra.com.
